The Winter Warrior Series will keep you active, outside and motivated with a supportive and encouraging group during the inevitably unpredictable northeast winter. The Winter Warrior Series is open to all fitness levels and runs for twelve weeks. Let's layer up, lace up your shoes and have some fun this winter! Check-in and participate in weekly runs and workouts to earn points and raffle tickets!

Cross training should be an important part of your weekly fitness program because it strengthens your core as well as improves your balance and mobility, which ultimately can lead to running faster, further and more comfortably.

Program Schedule: Tuesdays @ 6 PM & Saturdays @ 9 AM
Goal Race: Holyoke St. Patrick's Day Road Race
Program Fee: $110 excluding race fee
Description: Whether you want to run your first 10k or your fastest 10k, our 10K ROAD RACE TRAINING PROGRAM is for you! The 10k (6.2 miles) training program is designed to further runners and walkers towards their fitness and running goals beyond the 5K distance. It will include an education on different training techniques and tools in order to further enjoy running and improve your performance. All levels of walkers and runners are welcome. Our dedicated coaches and mentors will be there with you every step of the way, regardless of your pace, to help you reach your individual goals.

Full Marathon More Info »

Program Start: January 25, 2018
Program Schedule: Thursdays @ 6 PM & Sundays @ 8 AM
Goal Race: 2018 Martha's Vineyard Marathon
Program Fee: $150 (excludes race registration)
Description: The 2018 Martha's Vineyard Marathon Training Program is a 17 week program designed for runners who have previously run at least one 10k road race (completion of a half marathon suggested, but not required). Each week will feature two organized training workouts, including form lessons to help participants avoid injury and run more efficiently as well as strength training lessons specifically aimed for runners. Long runs will feature support stops, including water, an electrolyte beverage, and other goodies. All participants will receive a punch coupon (with TONS of savings!), weekly motivational and educational eNewsletters, a detailed daily training schedule (can be modified for your particular race timeline), a technical shirt, graduation party and more!
