Program Schedule: Tuesdays @ 6 PM & Saturdays @ 9 AM
Goal Race: 2018 Hot Chocolate Run to Benefit Safe Passage
Program Fee: $75.00 (excluding race registration)
Description: The Fall 2018 No Boundaries II 5k Training Program is an 8 week program designed for runners, run/walkers, and walkers who have EITHER recently participated in a No Boundaries program and/or who have recently completed a 5k event. It's a great program for those who are looking for continued direction in their training and/or to improve their 5k time. It's also the perfect program to bridge the gap between the No Boundaries program and a 10k training program!

Holyoke St. Patrick's Day 10K More Info »

Program Schedule: Thursdays @ 6 PM & Saturdays @ 9 AM
Goal Race: 2019 Holyoke St. Patrick's Day Road Race
Program Fee: $110 (excluding race fee)
Description: Whether you want to run your first 10k or your fastest 10k, our 10K ROAD RACE TRAINING PROGRAM is for you! The 10k (6.2 miles) training program is designed to further runners and walkers towards their fitness and running goals beyond the 5K distance. It will include an education on different training techniques and tools in order to further enjoy running and improve your performance. All levels of walkers and runners are welcome. Our dedicated coaches and mentors will be there with you every step of the way, regardless of your pace, to help you reach your individual goals.

2019 New Jersey Half Marathon More Info »

Program Schedule: Tuesdays @ 6 PM, Saturdays @ 9 AM & Sundays @ 8 AM
Goal Race: 2019 New Jersey Half Marathon
Program Fee: $150 (excludes race registration)
Description: The 2019 New Jersey Half Marathon Training Program is a 13 week program designed for ALL LEVELS of runners who have previously run at least one 10k road race (recommended, but not required). Long runs begin will begin with a 4 mile run and progress up to a maximum long run distance of 13 miles. This year's program is especially unique in that we are featuring a "half marathon challenge". The New Jersey Half Marathon, which is on April 28th, also offers a 5k on April 27th. As a participant in our program, you will train to do BOTH the 5k on Saturday and the half marathon on Sunday. As a result, you will receive an additional "challenge medal" for doing both races!

Program Schedule: Tuesdays @ 6 PM, Saturdays @ 9 AM & Sundays @ 8 AM
Goal Race: 2019 New Jersey Marathon
Program Fee: $175 (excludes race registration)
Description: The 2019 New Jersey Marathon Training Program is a 17 week program designed for all levels of runners who have previously run at least one 10k road race (completion of a half marathon suggested, but not required). We offer two "tracks": one builds up to one 20 mile long run (which is sufficient for most runners and is especially appropriate for first time marathoners) while the training program for the other includes two 20 milers and a 22 miler (appropriate for veteran marathoners and/or those looking to improve their marathon time). We can help you decide which track is the safest and most appropriate for your goals. This year's program is especially unique in that we are featuring a "marathon challenge". The New Jersey Marathon, which is on April 28th, also offers a 5k on April 27th. As a participant in our program, you will train to do BOTH the 5k on Saturday and the full marathon on Sunday. As a result, you will receive an additional "challenge medal" for doing both races!
