2018 Newport Full Marathon More Info »

Program Start: June 13, 2018
Program Schedule: Wednesdays @ 6 PM & Sundays @ 8 AM
Goal Race: 2018 Newport Marathon
Program Fee: $150 (excludes race registration and 18 Maple program fee)
Description: The 2018 Newport Marathon Training Program is a 17 week program designed for all levels of runners who have previously run at least one 10k road race (completion of a half marathon suggested, but not required). The graduation race for this program is the 2018 Newport Marathon, but the program can also be used to train for any fall marathon (within a few weeks of 10/7/18 - we can help you tailor the program as needed). We will offer two "tracks" this season: a 26.2 "Finish" track, for first time marathoners or those looking to keep their weekly mileage at a reasonable amount, or a 26.2 "Fast" track for experienced marathoners looking to improve time and up their weekly distances. We can help you decide which track is the safest and most appropriate for your goals.

Goal Race: 2018 Newport Half Marathon
Program Fee: $120 (excluding race registration and 18 Maple program fees)
Description: The 2018 Newport Half Marathon Training Program is a 13 week program designed for runners who have recently completed at least a 10K program and are looking to train for a half-marathon distance race. All levels welcome!

Summer 2018 No Boundaries II 5K More Info »

Program Schedule: Mondays @ 6 PM & Thursdays @ 6 PM
Goal Race: 2018 Halfway to St. Patty's Day 5k
Program Fee: $100.00 (excluding race registration)
Description: The Summer 2018 No Boundaries II 5k Training Program is an 11 week program designed for runners, run/walkers, and walkers who have EITHER recently participated in a No Boundaries program and/or who have recently completed a 5k event. It's a great program for those who are looking for continued direction in their training and/or to improve their 5k time. It's also the perfect program to bridge the gap between the No Boundaries program and a 10k training program!

Goal Race: 2018 Stuffing the Pantry 5k
Program Fee: $90.00 (excluding race registration)
Description: The Fall 2018 No Boundaries 5k Training Program is a 10 week program designed for ALL LEVELS of runners, run/walkers, and walkers. Features include two weekly organized and coached training workouts, weekly motivational and educational eNewsletters, a detailed daily training schedule, a technical short sleeve shirt, discounted race registration, graduation party and more!
